Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Chaal! We actively strive to introduce you to some of today’s trendiest collections of custom handmade footwear.

Chaal gladly undertakes the return process, provided certain conditions are met:

1) Ensure the return of unworn merchandise within 7 days of the original delivery. Chaal Shoes retains the right to refuse worn or damaged items.

2) Safely keep the tag attached and pack the merchandise in its original packaging or an appropriate carton.

3) If you received the wrong item, inform us at chaal.store@gmail.com for prompt retrieval, replacement, or refund.

4) For a damaged product, notify us at chaal.store@gmail.com. We will arrange for pickup and promptly replace it or refund your money.

5) If the shoes don’t fit, email us at chaal.store@gmail.com. If the customer orders the wrong size, the product is non-replaceable or refundable. However, if we craft your shoes in the incorrect size, we will arrange for pickup and promptly replace it.

Refunds process within 2-3 business days upon product receipt at our warehouse. Rigorous scrutiny ensures unworn and intact shoes. Discretion lies with “CHAAL SHOES.”
